1. Eligibility for Return
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged
- Wrong product delivered
- Product packaging is tampered
- Product expired at the time of delivery
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are non-returnable:
- Opened supplement containers
- Used products
- Products without original packaging
- Consumable wellness products once opened
3. Refund Process
If your return request is approved:
- Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
- COD orders may require bank account details
4. Exchange Policy
Eligible products may be exchanged for:
- Wrong item delivered
- Manufacturing defects
- Transit damage
5. Cancellation Policy
Before Shipment
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
After Shipment
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
6. Return Shipping
In approved cases involving damaged or incorrect products, return shipping charges will be borne by Samyul Wellness Private Limited.
7. Fraudulent Claims
The company reserves the right to reject refund or return requests if misuse, fraud, or policy abuse is suspected.
